Nalla is an accomplished Director of Photography since 1987 and today he is India's premier high definition cinematographer.
He specializes in aesthetic creative cinematography with a high degree of technical competency for shooting on high definition format.
May 2007 - Nalla became the first Bollywood HD Cinematographer to enter the prestigious Cannes Film Festival with "Dharam".
May 2009 - Nalla was selected as a Peer Judge for Cinematography at the Jacksonhole Wildlife Film Festival, 2009
